Overview

Chi-Yu is banned from OU but dominates Ubers. Beads of Ruin lowers all opposing SpDef by 25%, making Chi-Yu's Specs/Scarf Overheat a near-guaranteed 2HKO on neutral targets. At base 100 Speed, Scarf gives it 459 Spe (level 100) — outspeeds most unboosted Pokémon. Memento provides emergency Atk/SpA debuff on switch out.

Move analysis

Overheat is the nuke (130 BP, drops SpA after, but Scarf locks in next move). Dark Pulse for Ghost/Psychic types. Psychic for opposing Fire-types. Memento as a free turn to switch in a setup sweeper.
