Overview
Iron Treads is the best Rapid Spin user in OU thanks to Booster Energy Speed + Ground/Steel typing. Quark Drive Spe = 410 Spe at level 100 with +nature. Rapid Spin removes hazards and boosts Speed by 1 stage (stacking with Booster). Tera Ghost spinblocks opposing Spin and removes Fighting weakness.
Move analysis
Earthquake for STAB Ground. Rapid Spin for hazard removal + Speed boost. Stealth Rock for hazard setup (often you outpace the opposing rocker). Knock Off for utility and Pelipper item removal.
