Overview
Specs Dragapult is the fastest Specs user in the metagame (base 142 Spe = 394 at +nature, +252 EVs at level 100). At level 50 VGC numbers, 200 Speed with Timid. Specs Draco Meteor OHKOs everything that doesn't resist it, including offensive Iron Valiant. Tera Fairy + Tera Blast handles Dark/Dragon-type switch-ins like Roaring Moon and Hydreigon. U-turn for momentum if your initial KO target switches.
Move analysis
Draco Meteor is your nuke — 130 BP Dragon, halves SpA after but you're already getting the KO. Shadow Ball pierces Sub and hits Ghost/Psychic. Tera Blast becomes Fairy when Terastallized — needs Timid +252 to OHKO Hydreigon and Roaring Moon. U-turn gives you a free switch to a teammate that handles your scariest matchup.

Heatran (Lava Plume burns + Stealth Rock support), Iron Treads (Rapid Spin keeps Pult healthy), Ting-Lu (sets hazards Pult can't), Kingambit (cleans up after Specs chips).

Tyranitar (Sand wears Pult down, Stone Edge OHKOs), Mandibuzz (resists Dark, Foul Play scales with Pult's bad defense), Blissey (special tank), Tera Steel Iron Hands (resists 4× post-Tera).
