Iron Bundle @ Choice Specs Ability: Quark Drive Tera Type: Water EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Hydro Pump - Freeze-Dry - Flip Turn - Ice Beam
Overview
Iron Bundle is the fastest Specs user without Tera Flying tricks (base 136 Spe is the highest in OU). Freeze-Dry is the signature move — Ice-type but hits Water types super-effective, creating BoltBeam-equivalent coverage with just two STAB moves. Tera Water boosts Hydro Pump while staying immune to Freeze-Dry mirrors.
Move analysis
Hydro Pump is the main nuke (110 BP, Specs + Tera Water = ~250 effective BP). Freeze-Dry covers Waters and Dragons. Flip Turn pivots out of bad matchups (Toxapex, Gholdengo). Ice Beam for accuracy when Hydro misses are unaffordable.
Team partners
Heatran (Lava Plume + Volt Switch denial), Iron Hands (handles Steels and Tera-immune walls), Gholdengo (Steel/Ghost defensive partner), Kingambit (late game cleaner).
What beats Iron Bundle
Toxapex (Regenerator, Specs Hydro 3HKOs at best), Slowking-Galar (special wall + Sludge Bomb), Tera Grass Garchomp resists 4× post-Tera, Heatran (special wall).
